Not eating breakfast can affect your performance as you may not have as much energy as other people. During this task the subject Jogged on the spot for one minute, Jumped for one minute, leg curls for one minute, star Jumps for one minute and ran for one minute. The subject’s heart rate shows a steady heart rate of 68 at rest, however after one minute of exercise it has increased by 8 beats per minute. This shows that the pulse rate and flow of blood has increased around the body during the first minute of exercise because the body is pumping blood around the body faster.

After 2 and 3 minutes of exercise the heart rate becomes steadier as there is an equal amount of an increase of 4 beats per minute between them. This shows that the body has adjusted to the rate of exercise. The subjects breathing rate at rest is 25 breaths per minute, however after 1 minutes of exercise the subjects breathing rate has increased by breaths per minute. This can be because the body is trying to adjust to the changes causing the subject to have an increase to the amount of breaths per minute.

At 2 and minutes of exercise he breathing rate is at an equal pace of 28 breaths per minute. The subjects breathing rate may have changed because they could have got tired and slowed down their pace of exercise causing the breathing rate to deteriorate, however the heart rate was still increasing at this point meaning there was still exercise being carried out. The subjects temperate at rest was 34. ICC, this is still below the average expected temperate. This could have been because the subject was cold while at rest.

However, after 1 minutes of exercise the subjects temperate dropped to 32 co cause it was cold outside, however after minutes of exercise the temperate increased because the subject was warming up with exercise, this further increased after minutes of exercise to ICC. Conclusion The task carried out by the subject shows even results. However, our results could have been affected by many things such as the timing or inaccurate counting of heart and breathing rates resulting to an uneven accuracy of readings.

It could also have been affected by the weather conditions, for example the subject might have had efferent results if it was warmer. This also links to the reliability of performance, as the subject’s performance might have been irregular resulting to unreliable results. Although, the validity of our results was honest as we attempted to carry out the task as fairly as possible by making sure we knew where the pulse rate was before we started to count, and knew when the subject took a breath. Although, this task could have been improved by our timing, and making it more accurate in order to get better results.
