The current process defining would take up 4 days and is going to be supervised under the project manager so he is going to provide the resources. Draft of the projected plan is said to take a day and is also resourced under the project manager while the approval would be done by the finance and project manager (Apollo Group, Inc. 2004).

An estimate of 13 days are placed to think over and to analyze the situation, beginning on Monday, 15th March 2010 and to hopefully end on Thursday, 1st April 2010. In the analyzing process the current process analysis would be done in 5 days while the document data flow is said to take almost 7 days. The review and documenting of the current existing infrastructure would take a day this and the above mentioned are going to be resourced under the project analyst. The reviewing and documenting of technical requirement is said to take half of the day and is going to be supervised by the project analyst accompanied by the project manager. Almost 0.33 day is going to be served in reviewing the software specification while developing the estimated timeline would occupy almost half a day and this whole analyzing is going to be done under the project analyst and application manager. The complete analysis and its approval will not take time as the supervisors would be confirming it on the go.

Design Solution:

Design Requirements:

In the designing of the solution almost 8 days are going to be served. It’s going to start on Monday, 15th March 2010 and would end on Wednesday, 24th March 2010. In this certain category the designing requirement would take 3 days and it includes the reviewing of software specification under the management of application manager taking almost a day while the application manager along with project manager would supervise the development of functional requirements taking up almost 2 days. To finalize the functional specification they both are going to administer for a day while complete design requirements would not take any time.

Under the design solution the prototype design is going to require another 8 days initiating on Monday 15th March and finishing on Wednesday, 24th March. In this the iteration planning would take a day and application manager accompanied by the project manager would take charge of it. A day would be served in iteration implementation and same time would be taken by iteration consolidation with both being managed by application manager and developer. The implementation of prototype would be managed by the developer same as data migration and they would take 2 days alone adding another 4 days work. The developer and application manager would control the system integration taking up a day (Lengnick-Hall & Moritz, 2003).

The design implementation is going to acquire almost 20 days beginning on Thursday, 25th March 2010 and concluding on Wednesday, 21st April 2010. This would be including implementation of planned design under the management of application manager taking up a day. The design code or the coding of design would take an approximate time of 15 days while the modular testing would take 2 days and code modification is said to cover up the task in 1 day if needed. These mentioned tasks are all going to be managed under the developer while he developer along with application manager would also administer the system integration and final testing. Final testing would take up the time of 2 days while a day’s work is needed for system integration.

Support Product:

The other task is of product support which is going to be commenced on Thursday, 25th march 2010 and would wrap up on Tuesday, 27th April 2010 so this task would take almost 23.5 days. The project manager and application manager would manage the completion of prototype design and it will not take any time while the development of users guide would take up 2.5 days under the supervision of developer and application manager, moreover the complete implementation will also not take any time and does not need any resource. The setting up of the training environment would acquire a day managed under the project manager and application manager. The development of training materials would be done under application manager’s control and would need 2 days while half of day is required in application installation and testing it in production and these both task are going to be administered by the developer and application manager. Product support completion does not require time and any super vision while the close documentation of project would be resourced by the project manager and would take a day in completion (University of Phoenix. 2009).
